Phil

Phil is a supporting GTA 6 character introduced through an in-game television advertisement in Trailer 2. He owns Phil's Ammu-Nation and appears in the commercial surrounded by firearms, enthusiastically promoting the store with the line that it has “more guns than the law allows.” The deliberately cheap local-commercial presentation makes Phil feel less like a conventional shopkeeper and more like an exaggerated television personality built around Leonida's gun culture.

The character is widely understood as a modern reinterpretation or homage to Phil Cassidy, the weapons dealer who appeared in earlier Grand Theft Auto games set around Vice City, although Rockstar has not formally confirmed that they are the same continuity version. In GTA 6, Phil's known role is weapons dealer and business owner, linking the character directly to Ammu-Nation, firearm advertising and a specific physical gun-store location.
