Description
Target shooting returns in GTA 6 as a structured training activity rather than ordinary combat. An Extended Look shows Lucia moving through a military-style training village while firing at silhouette targets. The HUD displays a Targets Remaining counter showing 7/12 and a running timer, with breakdowns identifying a roughly 30-second par for the demonstrated challenge. Those elements make the scene look like a repeatable score or time-based range rather than a story shootout.
Shooting ranges have a long history in Grand Theft Auto. Vice City included Phil Cassidy's weapon training, San Andreas used Ammu-Nation challenges, and GTA V offered weapon ranges at selected Ammu-Nation stores. GTA Online later expanded the idea with bunker shooting-range challenges. GTA 6 appears to build on that tradition with a more tactical environment containing multiple target positions and movement through a mock combat area.
Rockstar has not yet confirmed how many range courses exist, whether scores unlock weapon upgrades, or whether every weapon class can be used. The footage does confirm timed target practice with a dedicated HUD, making Shooting Range one of the strongest candidates for a repeatable skill activity in Leonida.
