5. Law Enforcement Figures – Including a tough cop captain and a federal task force agent; their rising tension with the protagonists promises escalating pressure from the law.
6. Gang Members & Rivals – Unnamed street leaders, muscle enforcers, and crew members populate missions centered on territory control and gang warfare.
7. Civilians & Influencers – Local business owners, club promoters, and social media influencers add flavor to narrative side quests and world-building efforts.
Although Rockstar hasn’t officially confirmed all character details, leaks, voice-cast notes, radio shout-outs, and social media chatter strongly suggest GTA 6 will deliver a deeply interconnected, character-rich experience—blending crime, commerce, and community in Vice City Reborn.
